​Matt is the owner of MC Strength and Conditioning where he is also the Fitness Coordinator for Personal Training & Strength and Conditioning. He received a Bachelor's in Health Education from Worcester State University. While in school he held an apprenticeship at the College of the Holy Cross with the strength and conditioning program. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Conditioning Specialist through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (N.E.S.T.A.). He is also a Physical Education teacher at Our Lady of Angles located in Worcester MA, where he takes pride inspiring youth through sustaining and improving healthy living. He has been involved in personal training at The World Gym of Worcester since 2004, training everyone from athletes, moms, dads, kids, fitness competitors young and old. He has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training. Matt has been involved in many team sports throughout his life including soccer, football and weightlifting. He currently enjoys running sprints, endurance-style workouts, and power lifting. After a great workout, he likes to refuel by inhaling a protein shake as fast as humanly possible.

Some people have been brought up in environments where self-motivation is encouraged and fostered. Some will be able to self-motivate far easier than others, but remember although changing your current habits might be difficult it is possible. Think what it would mean to you if you were more motivated to succeed, hungrier for success and more driven on a daily basis. What could you achieve if you had more energy?

  Our programs include personalized programming designed to fit your individual needs. We provide diet and meal planning structure. Also included in your training package is a body weight composition and weigh ins to keep you on track.
